The process was seamless from signing up to receiving my box, returns are effortless and at the end of the day: I kept 2 out of 5 items and was THIS close to keeping a third, I just already had something like it in my closet. After finetuning my preferences a bit more, I could totally see a day where I keep every item in my box!
