What sizes are available?

We offer size ranges from XS-3XL. We want to make sure we have something for everyBODY.

Is there a deadline to order to receive the next months box?

No deadline! You are billed monthly on your sign up date. Your box will ship within 10 days of sign up!

I'm having trouble deciding which subscription is best for me. Can I switch between boxes?

Absolutely! Try them all out and see what you like. Simply login to your account and change your subscription. Make sure to switch boxes before your next renewal date.

Where do you find the products to send subscribers?

We source from multiple countries and have a variety of brands – some locally made (St. Albert, AB) and others sourced from US/China. Ensuring good quality, affordable products is very important to us. We also strive to work with local women entrepreneurs to grow our girl gang!

When will my credit card be charged?

Your first payment will be made the day you subscribe and subsequent subscriptions are billed on your anniversary date every month. For Favourites subscriptions, you will be charged for items kept once we receive your returns in the mail.

How do I update my credit card information on file?

Just login to your customer account and click edit.

How often will I receive my Frock Box?

Frock Boxes are shipped out on a monthly basis - so you can look forward to receiving one box a month!

Can I cancel my subscription?

Absolutely - there is no commitment when you subscribe, so you can login and cancel or skip at anytime. Please cancel one week prior to your monthly anniversary billing date to avoid being billed. You can cancel your subscription by logging in to your customer account (www.frockbox.ca/customer/login) and selecting “Cancel” from the “Edit my Subscriptions” box.

Can I skip a month?

No problem! Simply login to your account and mark your next dates as away, so your renewal won’t process until a future date. Without completing this step, your box will ship as normal and you’ll be charged restocking fees for late boxes, so please be sure to update your account if you will be away!

How can I update my style profile?

We get it! Your sizes and preferences can change. Please login to your account and change your preferences there.

When can I expect my Frock Box to arrive?

Boxes are shipped through Canada Post within 10 days of sign up or rebill date. We do our best to ship out as soon as possible!

Can I track my package?

Definitely - once your order leaves us, you'll receive a tracking email from Canada Post.

How can I update my shipping address?

Your address can be easily updated in your Frock Box account! Simply sign in your account and update your address. Make sure to update your address one week before your renewal date for our system to process the change.

Let's talk shipping. Where do you ship and how much is it?

We currently only ship to Canadian residents.
Jewel Box shipping cost is $3/month.
Gold shipping cost is $9.95/month.
Favourites shipping cost is free!

*Nunavut customers will be charged an additional shipping charge dependent on address/location.

How can I chat with my Stylist about requests or upcoming boxes?

We love connecting with you! Our chat feature is a great place to request items for upcoming events or seasons. Simply login to your account and click on the chat box.

Please note your stylist will only see this when they are packing your box. If you are requiring immediate assistance or have a customer service issue, please email us at customerservice@frockbox.ca for a prompt response!

I'm nervous about what will be sent. How can I get the most out of my subscription?

We get it. Trusting a stylist without having them meet you can be scary! Don't worry, our Stylists are experienced and highly knowledgeable about dressing all shapes and sizes! Pinterest is our most used tool, we love being able to make your pins come to life for you to try. Be sure to share your fashion related Pinterest board with your stylist, as well as chatting with her to hone in on your style. I love an item but need it in a different size/colour. Can I exchange my items?

We are not able to accept exchanges on most items because our inventory is always changing to keep it fresh and seasonal for subscribers! Be sure to mention this to your Stylist in the chat feature, and she will try to find something similar to meet your style needs!

My Gold box isn't for me this month. Can I return it?

Frock Box strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. Since our Gold box is outfit based, we will accept returns for the entire box, all pieces included. Shipping is the responsibility of the subscriber, and once we receive the returned outfit, we will refund the monthly charge, excluding any shipping charges.

What if my items arrive damaged?

In the off chance that your items do arrive damaged, please notify us within five days so that we can arrange a replacement.

Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?

Absolutely! Our subscriptions are the perfect gift for the busy woman in your life. You can purchase a gift card that will be emailed here.

I'm local to the greater Edmonton area. Can I return my Frock Box in store instead of maililng it back?

Yes! We love being able to meet subscribers in person. Come in and say hi!

I was late putting my returns back in the mail. What happens now?

If items are returned after the 5 business day time frame, we’ll make an adjustment once the unworn/unwashed/tags attached returns are received but a restocking fee of $25/box will be charged for each late month. Please note that if we don't receive your items within the 5 business days, then we assume you love it all! You’ll be charged for the full box with the 25% discount. Adjustments will be made once returns are processed.
